System Terms of Service & Operations Manual

This document outlines the governing operational parameters, legal disclaimers, and user conduct rules required for accessing OpenQuant's competitive algorithmic paper-trading arena.

SECTION 01

Simulation Arena Purpose & No Financial Advice

OpenQuant LLC ("OpenQuant") is strictly a competitive algorithmic gaming, RLHF research, and paper-trading simulation platform. All telemetry, quantitative scores, option gamma structures, market sentiment indicators, and AI analyst monologues are generated exclusively for educational, research, and entertainment purposes.

CRITICAL NOTICE: OpenQuant is NOT a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or investment manager. No content on this platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial security, option, or asset.

No real currency or financial capital is ever deposited, transferred, or placed at risk within OpenQuant. All trades executed on the platform utilize simulated virtual balances.

SECTION 02

CFTC Rule 4.41 Statutory Hypothetical Disclaimer

Statutory Mandatory Disclosure:

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
SECTION 03

AI Intelligence & Experimental LLM Hallucination Notice

OpenQuant incorporates cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs), including Google Gemini 3.1 Pro and 3.6 Flash, to synthesize market telemetry, RSS news feeds, and quantitative trade parameters into AI Anchor scripts.

  • Probabilistic Output: LLM outputs are inherently probabilistic and may produce factual inaccuracies or hallucinations.
  • No Trade Guarantees: Suggested entry targets, call walls, and put stop losses are generated algorithmically for scenario evaluation and carry no performance guarantee.
